Cancellation conditions

Cancellations submitted between August 21st and September 24th, 2026 (inclusive) entitle the participant to a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received on or after September 25th, 2026.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
