Registrations will be handled by a “first-come-first-served” basis.
Check-in is on the Oct 25th starting from 2PM and check-out is on the Oct 27th, course begins on the morning of the Oct 26th.

Please note that when registering, participants are kindly asked to indicate any friends or colleagues they wish to share a room with. If no preference is specified, room assignments will be made by the organizer, assigned by gender.
All costs (registration fees and accommodation) are per person inclusive of VAT and city tax.
